Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. In the event you must cancel, we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 60% cancellation charge. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. In the event you arrive late, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin at their scheduled time. Therapists may terminate services without refund, in the event of any inappropriate language or actions.

Please advise us of therapist gender preference or medical conditions including pregnancy at the time of booking. We are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 16 unless accompanied by an adult during their spa service.


Spa Etiquette

We invite you to come early to enjoy the entire facility and recommend that you bring a swimsuit to enjoy our co-ed whirlpool and sauna plus, workout clothes and shoes to enjoy the fitness area. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the spa.

To ensure the relaxation of all our guests, we ask that you turn off cell phones, pagers and laptops when entering the spa. We welcome you to use these devices in the reception area or the cafe. Lockers are available for your use. Ivy Spa Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We ask that you check out at the spa front desk before leaving the spa. For guests that do not check out, that spa service, plus tax and 18% gratuity will be charged to the credit card on file. Gratuity is not included in the price of your spa and salon services. To show your appreciation, you may add gratuity to your receipt upon checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes. For in-room services and groups of five or more a gratuity of 18% will be automatically added to your bill. A service fee of $30 will be added for in-room services.
